Safety at OTL Group isn’t something we simply “add on” to a project, it’s something we design into how we plan, brief, and deliver from the get go. That’s the thinking behind Safety Built In, a company-wide initiative focused on raising standards, strengthening consistency, and making it easier for everyone on our sites to do the right thing.
