OTL Secure was appointed to deliver two back-to-back seclusion rooms within Howell Ward for a private mental healthcare provider, providing safe, compliant spaces designed around clinical observation, privacy, and therapeutic outcomes. Working closely with the client’s clinical and estates teams, the scheme also introduced a secure external area linked to the suites, supporting supervised access to fresh air while maintaining full safeguarding control.

Internal fit-out at Coffi Kitoko, enhancing the customer space and improving operational layout through a coordinated programme of construction and electrical works.

OTL Group delivered a full refurbishment programme within Dunnock View, a secure mental health hospital in Essex. We were appointed by to deliver a refurbishment programme to convert the existing school building into a new 1FE St Monica’s CIW Primary School with nursery provision. The scope combined internal reconfiguration, finishes renewal, welfare upgrades, and accessibility and external improvements, delivered with a strong emphasis on safety management and clear segregation within an operational school setting.

OTL Secure was appointed to refurbish the seclusion and de-escalation provision within Arwen Ward, a medium secure women’s environment, delivering upgraded finishes, safety enhancements, and integrated security systems to support a compliant, robust, and therapeutic setting.
