A new kitchen corner was formed by constructing a walled-in enclosure to create a defined preparation area and improve flow within the unit. The works also included installing a new floor finish, upgrading electrics, and fitting new lighting to improve functionality and presentation across the space.
To complete the fit-out, OTL Group designed and built a bespoke serving counter clad in black oak, providing a clean, premium focal point within the café. A custom serving area was formed to suit service requirements, and integrated seating was built into the layout to maximise space and deliver a cohesive finish ready for opening.
