Risk Identification & Risk Register – Risks are captured early (design, site, supply chain, programme, safety, regulatory) and recorded so they can be assessed, prioritised, and managed proactively.
Assessment, Prioritisation & Actions – Each risk is evaluated for likelihood and impact, then assigned a practical response (avoid, transfer, mitigate, or accept) with clear owners and deadlines.
Roles, Responsibilities & Competence – Accountability is defined early, with the right expertise brought in at the right time to reduce design-stage risk and strengthen decision making.
Controls on Live Sites – Where environments are occupied, controls are set around access, segregation, interfaces, and sequencing to protect people and keep operations stable while work progresses.
Quality Assurance, Testing & Certification – Inspections and hold points verify critical elements as works progress, followed by coordinated testing, commissioning, and certification to support compliant sign-off.
Monitoring, Reporting & Continuous Improvement – Risks are monitored throughout delivery, with regular reviews and updates to ensure emerging issues are actioned quickly, and lessons learned are carried forward.
