Fire Strategy Review & Scope Definition – Early review of scope against the building’s fire strategy and relevant Building Regulations guidance, identifying interfaces, risks, and required evidence before work starts.
Passive Fire Protection & Compartmentation – Delivery of fire stopping, penetration sealing, and compartment line integrity works to help limit fire and smoke spread and maintain compliance.
Fire Doorsets & Door Release Interfaces – Installation and replacement of certified fire doorsets, including coordination with hold-open/door release arrangements where required for safe operation.
Fire Curtains & Smoke Control Measures – Management and installation coordination for fire/smoke curtains where used within a compliant fire strategy, with attention to testing and assurance requirements.
Fire Detection, Alarms & Sprinkler Systems – Coordination and delivery of detection and alarm installations, alongside sprinkler system installation/upgrades where specified, with commissioning aligned to recognised UK standards and project requirements.
Inspection, Commissioning & Handover Evidence – Structured QA, recorded inspections, commissioning records, and handover packs (certification, O&M information, test results) to support compliance, audibility, and ongoing maintenance.
