About the Project

OTL Group completed a comprehensive refurbishment project at Ty Catrin Secure Psychiatric Hospital in Cardiff, Wales. The Priory Group commissioned the project, which involved renovating a 10-bed ward within the operational secure hospital. The facility required new bedrooms, wet rooms, living area alterations, and a communal rest room. The project was accelerated to accommodate high-risk patients from NHS facilities. OTL Group worked diligently with a local team and supply chain partners to meet the deadline, even adapting schedules and sequencing to align with patient risk assessments. The successful project was delivered ahead of schedule, on budget, and with high-quality outcomes.
